Richard Pluim (M.Msc, MFA) coaches executives, business owners, and other professionals  that are ready to fully, holistically integrate the life they were born to live. Rather than putting on surface-level tools and hacks to manufacture a quick fix, his work is is predicated on revealing one's deep, often-hidden authenticity and helping them to shine confidently in the world.  

His unique strategy is derived from  20 years as a practitioner of the Linklater Voice Progression, which aims to free one's voice/expression from self-imposed blockages, as well as from his studies in Eastern Philosophy/spirituality. 

He has put his key principles and perspectives  into practice first-hand in several fields, including: higher education, non-profits, small-business/entrepreneurship, hospitality, and film production.

When he isn't working, Richard enjoys photography and sipping a glass of wine with his wife at their home in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
