Bio

Richard Pluim (M.Msc, MFA) advises executives, business owners, professionals, and self-starters that are ready to fully, holistically embody their highest potential for the benefit of the whole.

Richard received an MFA in theatre at California Institute of the Arts, where the foundation was laid for his work as a teacher of the Linklater Voice Progression.

His spiritual seeking began in 2016 when he lived as a monk at Tassajara Zen Monastery in California for three months. Since then he has focused on the teachings of Bentinho Massaro, Mooji, Eckhart Tolle, and others. Richard holds a Masters in Metaphysical Sciences from Sedona University, where he is currently a PhD candidate.

He has put key principles and perspectives of theatre, voice, spirituality, and coaching into practice first-hand in several fields, including: higher education, non-profits, small-business/entrepreneurship, hospitality, and film production.

When he isn't working, Richard enjoys photography and sipping a glass of wine with his wife at their home in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
